Our Story
Ishq Luxury Villas is a collection of some of Sri Lanka’s most exclusive homes owned by the Yusoof family. These private villas in Colombo and Talpe offer every conceivable luxury – swimming pools, private chefs, comprehensive staff teams – yet also offer a genuine taste of what it feels like to be a cherished personal guest of the Yusoof family. No expense was spared in the creation of these exceptional homes, which were designed by leading Sri Lankan architects Channa Daswatta and Philip Weeraratne.
Ishq is the Arabic word for love and the owners’ passion for high end, personalised hospitality combined with a love of travel, food, art and design is evident throughout this prestigious collection. Our villas open the doors to two incredible destinations in Sri Lanka and are ideally combined. Stay at four-suite Ishq Colombo, close to the airport and within easy reach of the capital’s museums, shops, galleries, restaurants, spas and sights. Five-suite Ishq Talpe is an oceanfront home near south coast Galle, and under a two hour drive from Colombo.
